BCHR announces a tender for third-party monitoring (TPM) services for its 1444 AH Udhiyah (Qurbani) Distribution Project.

Application Requirements:

All interested applicants are required to submit a complete application package consisting of the following

documents:
Technical Proposal: A detailed methodology and implementation plan (minimum 4 pages, maximum 10
pages).
Financial Proposal: A clear, itemized budget breakdown (1–2 pages).
Proof of Experience: Two (2) relevant work samples of previous high-quality deliverables, such as Third-Party
Monitoring (TPM) reports, impact evaluations, or assessment reports.
Deadline for submitting bids is Monday : 04/05/2026
The date of Bids Submission as specified in the table above.
The BCHR is not obligated to accept the lowest bid.
The validity period of the bid as specified in the table above.
