Position Objective
• To support project communication, documentation, visibility, and community outreach activities, and to document project achievements and success stories in accordance with organizational and donor requirements.
Key Responsibilities
• Document project activities through photographs, reports, and field information.
• Support the preparation of project news, stories, and communication materials.
• Document school events and project activities.
• Support student welcome events and Back-to-School campaigns.
• Collect success stories and beneficiary feedback.
• Support awareness and communication campaigns.
• Coordinate with project staff to collect accurate information.
• Support the preparation of communication materials for the donor.
• Maintain an organized archive of photographs and communication materials.
• Ensure compliance with child safeguarding and photography requirements.
• Protect the confidentiality and privacy of beneficiaries.
• Perform other communication-related tasks as assigned.
Required Experience & Skills
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in communication, media, documentation, or similar work.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Experience in photography and content production is an advantage.
• Good computer skills.
• Ability to work in the field and communicate effectively with schools and communities.
• Previous experience in humanitarian or development projects is an advantage.
