During the past five years, Yemen faced a number of natural disasters as a result of hurricanes, rains and floods that struck a number of governorates, specifically Hadhramaut and Al-Mahra, which doubled the suffering of citizens already affected by the repercussions of the war.
The BCHR's field teams have ventured to save the lives of thousands of people affected by hurricanes and torrential rains through providing shelter and non-food assistance, and providing the necessary needs in coordination with the competent authorities.
