Job Title: Finance Assistance

Background
BCHR is a non-profit and non-governmental organization aiming to provide health, nutrition, food security and protection services as a humanitarian response to the escalating socio-economic situation in Yemen since 2015.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DELIVERABLES:

1. Ensure that purchase-related payments contain the necessary documentation as described in the consortium's procurement policies and procedures for all goods and services.
2. Archive records in organized files first hand.
3. Carry out the monthly settlement of cash and bank balances.
4. Carrying out various financial operations for the project.
5. Preparing estimated budgets for project activities.
6. Follow up on providing liquidity and managing cash flows for the project.
7. Conducting restrictions and disbursement processes for project activities.
8. Carry out financial control and control operations.
9. Submit the required financial reports to the donor and the executive management of the coalition.
10. Supervising the procurement and supply operations in coordination with the procurement officer.
11. Any tasks assigned to him within the framework of his competence.

Essential Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• At least two years of experience in project accounts
• Ability to work with accounting systems
• Excellent level of English
