According to United Nations estimates of 2020, 80% of the population in Yemen needs some form of humanitarian assistance. The BCHR worked with the World Food Program through GFD project to reduce hunger, by distributing monthly food assistance that includes basic commodities to the neediest groups. The project's primary task is to keep the most affected families in the safety zone.
